Squares have
very important role in mathematics .In every competitive exam aptitude is one
of the way of screening process .for the basic calculation we need the squares
& cubes, so I am giving you some tips & tricks to learn the square
& cubes .
Squares for the Numbers From 31 to 50
Let we want to know the square of the 43.(these
tricks are only for the 31 to 50 )
STEP 1:
·
Such numbers are treated in the form
of (50-x)
·
We can write 43 as 50-7.
STEP 2:
·
Answer has two parts – the first two
& last two digits.
·
Last two digits are got by the last two
digits in the value of (-7)2 =49,hence 49 will be the last two digits of the 432.
STEP 3:
·
The first two digits are derived by
25-7=18 (25
is a standard number to be used in all cases
& -7 comes from 50-7=43)
·
Hence the answer is 1849
Note :-In
case there had been a carry over from the last two digit we add it in the first
two digits.
if we want to find the 362 ,( 36=50-14)
(-14)2 =196 here 96 is the last two digits of the square
& 1 Dismiss is the carry so in next step to find the first two digit we write it as
25-14+1=12
Hence the answer is 1296
